Will my C3 antenna work with the C3+ which utilises the LTE cellular network?
Answer
The following Observant supplied Cellular Dome Antenna is LTE compatible and will work with an LTE compatible telemetry unit:
Any other 3G antenna connected to your C3 unit is unlikely to be LTE compatible.
Overview
In Australia, any antenna you use for your LTE compatible telemetry unit will need to support 700MHz (band 28). If you are using an old Observant supplied antenna, it will not be LTE compatible unless it is the one pictured above. If you are unsure about the type of antenna you have, contact the dealer you purchased it from, or send us a photo and the product code to helpdesk@observant.net.
