Observant Channel Partners are able to access details that concern their Observant Partnership that are outside of normal users access.

Procedure — Requesting Support
In the support request, remember to let the support team know which of the Channel Partner team members should have access to the Channel Partner area of Helpdesk.
Support will then give access to the Observant Global system users that have been supplied.
