A. 1 year from the day of installation.
Q. My sensor stopped working at 9 months, do I get a replacement under warranty?
A. Yes, the sensor will be replaced as it falls under the warranty period. You will have the option to switch to a submersible sensor if that’s your preference.
Q. My replacement sensor has stopped working, I’ve had 2 replacements in 18 months.
A. The warranty period is from the original installation date and not the replacement date.
Q. My sensor stopped working after a few years, what are my options?
A. Observant would be happy to cover the cost of a replacement submersible sensor for any Senix sensors installed within the last 5 years.
Q. My sensor stopped working after more than 5 years, what are my options?
A. You’ll need to contact your dealer and organise a purchase for a new submersible or ultrasonic sensor.
Q. I don’t want a faulty product, it has never worked correctly, can I get a full refund?
A. If your product never worked as expected a full return/refund could be possible if the equipment is returned in its original condition within 6 months of purchase. Note Observant might charge a restocking fee depending on your circumstances. Please reach out to your Observant dealer to discuss your return options.
