An irrigation schedule can be set to repeat on a daily or weekly basis to meet your irrigation needs.
To create a repeating irrigation schedule, click on 'Schedule' to go to the Schedule Overview from the Welcome Page:
In the Schedule Overview, click on the 'New schedule' button:
This will take you to the Schedule Editor:
Add a name for your schedule:
Set the date and time:
Click on 'Does not repeat' and switch it to 'Repeat'
This will bring up the Repeat settings, where you can choose the repeat frequency and the end date of the repeating schedules:
You can preview the schedules in a calendar view. The period during which the repeat schedules will be active are highlighted in amber while the dates the irrigation schedules will run on are marked by blue dots.
Once you're happy with the repeat configuration, you can hide the schedule configuration and add your equipment.
Items can be added from the equipment list on the left using the '+' button. Alternatively, click on the asset shape on the map to add it from the map view.
Add Pumps or any other items that need to run for the duration of the whole schedule in the 'P1' sequence:
After the pump is added, the selector will move automatically to Sequence 1. If you'd like to add another pump, simply click on 'P2' and add the second pump.
Add the other items (valves/bays/gates) in the order in which you want them to open in Sequence 1:
Click on the item to change the runtime:
You can also delay the start of the first item by clicking on 'Start at beginning of schedule' and changing the option:
The Sequence settings allows you to increase or decrease the runtime of all the items in the sequence at the same time.
You can also commence each item before the previous item finishes.
Or add a dwell time or interval between each item.
The runtime and start time offset can be overridden for each individual item by clicking on it in the Sequence:
Here, for example, we have an irrigation schedule where Valves 1, 2 and 3 will each run for 1 hour, with Valves 2 and 3 opening 5 minutes before the previous valve closes. Then there will be a dwell time of 15 min after which Valves 1, 2 and 3 will each run for 1 hour.
You can also schedule multiple sequences to run at the same time.
After you are happy with your schedule, click Save.
