This article will explain step-by-step how to find any support tickets you've raised with our support team, including warranty claims. A support ticket is created every time you email, text or call us, as well as when you submit a request for support through Help Desk or the Help Widget.
Your current and recent support requests will be displayed under "My requests".
- Sign In to Observant Global.
- Click the "Support" link.
- If you are automatically signed in to the Observant Help Desk, you will see your name at the top-right of screen. Click your name and select "My activities". Your current and recent support requests will be displayed under "My requests".
- If you are not automatically signed in to the Observant Help Desk, please click the link at the top-right of screen to "Sign In". Your name should subsequently be displayed. Click your name and select "My activities" (see screenshot above). Your current and recent support requests will be displayed under "My requests".
You can search for a ticket, as well as filter according to the ticket Status:
If you are unable to see a certain support ticket under "My requests" it is likely the email address or number you used to contact us is different from the ones we have saved in our system under your profile. Let us know and we will update your details.
