Any Senix sensors that have failed within 12 months of their Observant purchase date can be returned to us under warranty. We will send them back to Senix in the US for investigation / repair -
- If the sensor can be repaired, it will be shipped back to Australia and returned to the customer (via the dealer if applicable)
- If the sensor is beyond repair the customer will be offered a refund (via the dealer)
Observant commits to issue a replacement / refund within 30 days of receiving the sensor at the Observant warehouse.
Observant can offer a replacement submersible sensor free of charge for critical applications where the customer can't afford for the site to be offline for up to 30 days.
